Yes. All items purchased through The Auction House are final sale and non-returnable. Due to their one-of-one nature and the nature of auction transactions, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

Every Falenziano piece is hand-painted in-house using fabric-safe paints chosen for both longevity and elegance. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, no two garments are ever exactly alike. Each brushstroke is intentional, each variation a mark of authenticity. While the final piece may differ subtly from the product imagery, it remains faithful to the core design—crafted to reflect the original while standing entirely on its own.

Please note: all hand-painted garments are created using fabric-safe paints, carefully selected for durability and wearability. However, if you have known sensitivities or allergies to textile paints or finishes, we recommend avoiding these pieces as a precaution. Falenziano offers a range of non-painted garments crafted with the same attention to detail and design integrity.

Each Falenziano piece is hand-painted and distressed in-house using fabric-safe materials. To preserve its character and finish, we recommend treating it with care. Hand washing in cold water or using a gentle machine cycle with mild detergent is acceptable. Turn the item inside out and wash alone or in a mesh garment bag to protect the garment. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, or heat.

Slight evolution is natural. Distressed areas may soften or shift subtly with wear — a deliberate part of the garment’s character. This lived-in feel is not a flaw but a signature of the House: a wearable piece of evolving art.

When will my order ship?

Each Falenziano piece is prepared with intention. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are dispatched via trusted national or international carriers, depending on your location. Each parcel is securely packed and handled with care, reflecting the standards of the House. A tracking link will be provided once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To preserve the integrity of our process and maintain strict quality control, all orders placed with Falenziano are considered final. Once confirmed, an order cannot be modified or cancelled, as each piece begins its preparation with intention and precision. This policy ensures the exclusivity and craftsmanship upheld by the House.

Due to the exclusive and artisanal nature of our garments, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

In the rare event of a production defect or damage upon delivery, please contact the House within 3 days of receiving your order. Approved cases may be eligible for store credit.

Falenziano reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
